simply send an email indicating the reason the refund is being requested, the event you are requesting a refund for and the order number for the transaction to admin@tikkets.com. NB. The order number for your transaction can be found on the top right-hand corner of the display of those tickets on your 'My Tickets' Page. Once the above has been completed before the event and the tickets are not transferred and still valid a refund will be issued within 3 business days

Upon completing the ticket purchase process on Tikkets.com, you will receive two emails. The first email will include comprehensive information regarding your transaction, while the second email will serve as your receipt. It is important to note that the receipt will display the name "Blue Guruz" on it.

In the ticket selection section, choose the ticket or tickets you wish to purchase. 4. Click the "Book" button located in the cart section. 5. Provide your payment details. 6.
